1. Introduction

Welcome to WheelsBeast. By using the Dream Car Advisor (DCA) service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the DCA service.

2. Description of Service

The Dream Car Advisor (DCA) service provides personalized assistance in the process of buying or selling a vehicle. Our advisors offer expert guidance, market insights, negotiation support, and comprehensive assistance throughout the transaction process.

3. Service Fee

A fee of 1% of the final deal value (buying or selling price) will be charged for using the DCA service. This fee is payable upon the successful completion of the transaction.

4. Payment Terms

• The service fee will be calculated based on the final agreed deal value.
• The fee is due and payable immediately after the transaction is closed.
• Payment can be made via [list payment methods].

5. Customer Obligations

By using the DCA service, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested by your Dream Car Advisor.
• Cooperate fully with your Dream Car Advisor throughout the transaction process.
• Promptly pay the service fee of 1% of the deal value upon the completion of the transaction.
• Understand that failure to pay the service fee will result in legal action to recover the amountdue.

6. Legal Obligations

Failure to pay the agreed service fee constitutes a breach of this agreement. In the event of non-payment, WheelsBeast reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount. You agree to reimburse WheelsBeast for any costs, expenses, or fees incurred in the collection of the unpaid fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

WheelsBeast and its Dream Car Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the DCA service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount of the service fee paid.

8. Termination

This agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:

• By WheelsBeast: WheelsBeast reserves the right to terminate your access to the DCA service for cause, which includes but is not limited to, breaches of this agreement, misuse of the service, or providing false information. Termination for cause will be communicated to you in writing and will take effect immediately.
• By Customer: You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to WheelsBeast. However, if termination occurs after the initiation of a transaction process, you will still be responsible for paying the agreed service fee upon completion of the transaction.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Accept” or using the DCA service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
